Have the gauges in your classic Corvette ceased being accurate? Have they ceased working, period? The style of classic Corvettes is timeless, the very apex of car design. Corvette gauges, on the other hand, are not. They were not designed to last forever by any stretch of the imagination. To help, we offer a wide range of gauges here at CS of MD West. Moreover, we offer them for C1, C2, and C3 Corvettes. Below are just some of the gauges we currently offer.
New Reproduction Corvette Gauges
We offer new reproduction gauges that look and operate just like the originals. When we say “just like the originals,” we do not mean that in a broad sense. They don’t look “somewhat like the originals,” “kind of like the originals,” and so forth. No, they look as much like the originals as can be, down to the font and coloring. You don’t have to take our word for it, as you can take GM’s.
Many of the reproduction gauges we offer (such as the 1965-1967 Corvette Battery Gauge) are licensed GM Restoration Parts that have been made by a licensed manufacturer.
No Gauge (or Test) Too Small
We understand that, when it comes to your Corvette, you only want the very best. To that end, we don’t sell any gauges until we’ve made sure to test them for accuracy ourselves. It’s not enough for them to look just like the originals, they have to be able to do the work, too.
An example of this, currently at our site as of this writing, is the 1960-1962 Reproduction Corvette Small Gauge Set. Before we ship it to you, we calibrate each of the gauges. Then, once we’re satisfied they’ve been calibrated, we still aren’t done.
Then, we test each of the gauges rigorously. Finally, we check them for quality one more time. Only once they’ve passed all of that do we ship them.
NOS
The gauges in your classic Corvette very well may have wear and tear from decades of use. NOS gauges, on the other hand, don’t. The ones we offer have, in many cases, never been installed, and many of them are in the original box. Installing them in your Corvette today is as close as you can get to having something mailed to you from the 50s, 60s, or 70s.
Even then, we don’t offer our NOS gauges until we’ve tested each of them for accuracy.
