1957-1981 Corvette Speedometer Cable Driven Gear Fitting – 345215

This is a new Speedometer Cable Driven Gear Fitting for 1957 through 1981 Corvettes. Sometimes called a cable sleeve, it is used to hold the driven speedometer gear in place inside the transmission to allow speedometer cable connection. 1 3/4″ length, 7/8″ diameter. The rubber o-ring is included. GM part number 345215.

Fits: 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, and 1976 Corvettes with manual transmission. 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, and 1981 Corvettes with manual transmission using the 18–23 tooth gear. 1978, 1979, 1980, and 1981 Corvettes with automatic transmission using the 18-23 tooth driven gear.
