This is an NOS GM Spare Tire Lock for 1963 through 1982 Corvettes. The lock comes with two “H” code keys which were typical for 1969-1981 model years. It is a Genuine GM new old stock part in good condition. The lock and keys are still in the original GM packaging. Original GM part number 3912416.
