This is a NOS Oil Fill Tube Cap for 1966 through 1968 327 Corvettes. It has a black finish and has the stamped “S” visible on the top of the rivet head. The oil cap is a Genuine GM new old stock part that has never been installed. It is in excellent condition and is still in its original GM package. Original GM part number 3881834.
