1958-1962 Corvette Hood Release Cable – NOS 1990911
This is a brand new NOS Hood Release Cable for 1958 through 1962 Corvettes. This is the last part GM offered for these cars. It is the correct cable, however GM used a generic handle rather than the original knob that said “Hood Release”. These knobs were a press fit. Lots of owners who are having their cars judged would use an original knob from an old cable and install on these NOS cables to get all of the points. Even the reproduction cable is not available at this time.
